One of my favorite movies growing up as a kid outside of Star Wars is "Rocky".

Rocky is such an inspiration, not to mention the Rocky IV music soundtrack was kick-ass!

After Rocky IV, I stopped watching because I felt the storyline was done.

Imagine my surprise when Rocky came back in the movie "Creed."

Rocky trains Apollo Creed's son to be a champion and gives him advice that all home business owners need to take to heart - "one punch"

One Punch, One Round

Before we get into the movie "Creed", let do a walk down memory lane.

Apollo and Rocky were rivals for the first two movies.

Apollo became Rocky's trainer and close friend when Rocky lost his title to Clubber Lang and Mickey his coach.

Apollo dies in Rocky IV in a match with Ivan Drago. Rocky feels responsible for Apollo's death for not stopping the fight in time.

Fast forward to the movie "Creed".

The movie chronicles the young man Adonis "Donnie" Johnson who is the illegitimate child of Apollo.

Donnie dreams of being a boxer.

He quits his job as a financial planner and gets turned down by a boxing academy run by Apollo's former trainer Duke.

Donnie travels to Philadelphia to seek out Rocky Balboa to be his trainer.

Rocky is reluctant but agrees to train him and gives him a piece of advice that turns him into a champion.

One Punch. One Round.
