What is an Autoreponder?

Are you afraid to do email marketing because it’s too time consuming to write individual emails to everyone on your list?

In this video I’m going to introduce you to a time saving tool called an autoresponder where you can write one email and send it out to everyone on your list in a few clicks of your mouse.

You’re probably thinking right now that email marketing is too time consuming having to write an individual email to every single person on my list and keeping track of what email to send them next.

I felt the exact same way you did when I first got started.

Then I was introduced to a time saving tool that helped simplify my email marketing.

It’s called an autoresponder.

An autoresponder is a service that stores your email addresses and sends out your emails to your list.

When someone opts into your list, your autoresponder will automatically add them to your email list and send out your email messages for you, no matter what time of the day your subscriber opts into your list.

All you do is write an email, upload it to your autoresponder, set the time you want the email to go out, and your autoresponder will do the rest.

Using an autoresponder is not considered spamming for 3 key reasons.

First, people are choosing to add their email address to your list and permission to follow up with them via email.

Second, it’s not sent out in a bulk email.

It’s very personalized so when a person opens your email it feels like your writing only to them.

Finally, it allows people to unsubscribe from your list anytime. When you upload your email to your autoresponder, the autoresponder will automatically add an unsubscribe button to the bottom of your email.

When someone unsubscribes from your list, the autoresponder will automatically remove them from your email list.

Think of your autoresponder as the perfect follow-up tool.

You can create and upload several follow-up emails to be sent out at certain times to build a relationship with your list that will make them want to buy from you and only you.
